Well, how to begin these things always seem a tad uncomftable at first don't they? Well I will start by introducing myself. I am a 23 year old female from just outside of Durham, currently a student, but am also work on a full time with adults with mental health problems which I love and is undoubtedly a big part of my life. I have always been attracted to the caring profession(s) and completing my social work degree is assisting me in achieving this. When I'm not working (or studying for that matter) I enjoy keeping as active as possible; I love walking, especially along the Northumberland coast, trips to the cinema, listening to music, eating out (especially Italian food) etc. etc. I am happy with a cosy night in with a DVD and a bottle of wine in my comfy-pj's just as much as a night out pubbing and clubbing it. I enjoy travelling, a trip to Rome being amongst one of the best and am looking forward to visiting other countries in the near future. I enjoy theater, especially musicals, and live music and gigs.

I would describe myself as a happy, genuine and caring person who hopefully has a lot to offer to the right person. I can be quite shy and retiring (Hmmmm! shy and retiring you may hear my friends say) but I soon open up and relax once I get to know someone a little better. I'm quite a open person and thus am not affraid to challenge if I need to, but I am pretty relaxed and shy-away from confrontation.

Now the interesting bit,,,,,why join a dating site and what am I looking for? Well in response to both those questions I guess like anyone else I just havent found Mr. Right as yet. Like many people I have had good and bad experiences with regard to relationships and am simply looking for someone to spend time with, to get to know and hopefully (fingers crossed) if things work out then a long term relationship.
